| Hi i have spent all morning looking through these forums and see that most of them are from fathers etc being persued by the csa.. well my case is a little different and i am wanting to know if anyone has been through the same thing and what they did or there outcomes..i have had no contact with my childrens father since after the second was born in 1996 and would rather it stayed that way, for all these years i have had perhaps one or two letters from the csa as to his whereabouts which i have no clue.. i have told them i have no idea where he is and have no contact whatsoever..uptill now this has not caused a problem but for some reason now they will not drop it.. i have filled in all their forms, questionaires, answered all there questions to the best of my ability but they have now reduced my benefit as i can not tell them where he is!! can anyone give me advise on where i go from here....i am not in the best of health and haven't been for a while and the stress of all this is taking its toll.. i am also very worried about the kids as they live their life with me and they are used to the way things are and i am frightened this will up heave everything in there lives too... |
